At MargotMiss, we fully support the quality of our products. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item directly from us, you have the option to request an exchange within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery or receive store credit via email. In the event of damage, our customer service team may request photos of the affected item(s).

For voluntary returns/exchanges/cancellations , please adhere to the following conditions:

  1. All voluntary returns and cancellations are for ONLY store credit or exchange for item of equal value.
  2. Request for return or exchange must be made within 5 days from the carrier tracking delivery date by emailing us at margotmiss@margotmiss.com
  3. Ensure the item is in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
  4. Return the unwanted item with all tags and packaging in their original state.
  5. Provide the original purchase receipt for items purchased directly from our online store with the order number included.
  6. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the item/s being returned. 
  7. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for SALE items or gift cards.
  8. All shipping cost are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return.
  9. Full priced items may be returned for an exchange by the customer within 5 business days of carrier delivery. Tracking information can be found in the shipping confirmation email.

If for any reason you need to return for store credit or exchange an item, please contact our shop at margotmiss@margotmiss.com so we can approve your request prior to sending the item/s back.

Missing item: If you find an item is missing from your order, please report this to us within 3 days of the delivery date no exceptions by emailing margotmiss@margotmiss.com  Ensure to include a photo for proof that item is missing. 

Full priced Items: Full priced items may be exchanged by the customer within 5 business days of when the postal carrier delivered the item, which can be found under the tracking number for the item.

Sale & Holiday Merchandise: All sale, clearance & holiday items are final sale. There are no refunds or store credits for sale, clearance, or holiday items.

Shipping Charges: All shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs to mail items back to our shop are the buyers responsibility. Additionally, if we are exchanging an item, it will be the buyers responsibility to incur the shipping cost back to the address provided.

Lost/Delay Package: In the event that your package delays or is missing due to postal carrier issues, please be advised that we are not held responsible. Kindly allow a waiting period of 20 days before we can initiate a claim for a missing item. While packages typically arrive promptly, adherence to carrier policies necessitates the waiting period. Chargebacks will not be accepted within this timeframe.
