Store Credit Only

We accept returns for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

Return Window

• In-store purchases: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase.

• Online orders: Returns accepted within 7 days of the date your package was received.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags must remain attached

• Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, and signs of wear

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Jewelry

• Hand-painted items

• Luxury blankets

• Any item marked Final Sale at checkout

How to Start a Return

Please contact us with your order number to request a return authorization before sending anything back. Returns without authorization may be declined.
